1. Heard on CRMP No. 434/2021, which is petition for restoration of TPCR No. 13/2018 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 31.03.2021 for want of prosecution.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the same is allowed and TPCR No. 13/2018 is directed to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 500/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee.
