(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been in connection with Crime No.441/2015, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 411 of the I.P.C. (3) The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 14.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3268/2015.

(4) After hearing learning counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the evidence brought on record and looking to the previous criminal antecedents of the applicant, I do not consider it is a fit case to enlarge

the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
