2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.18/2020 registered at Police Station Tumla, District Jashpur for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC.

3. The applicant has committed murder of his father Ramnandan Yadav . The applicant's mother Kunjarmati is an eye-witness.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and the quality of evidence, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage.
