The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No. 312/2015 registered in Police Station Kotwali, Korba (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 420 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case Kamal Das and Ramayan Singh contacted the applicant for providing job and Kamal Das and Ramayan Singh had given amount of Rs.14,000/- and 50,000/- in installment to the present applicant to get job in the Collector Office. Thereafter, on the report being made, applicant was arrested and the charge sheet has been filed.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in order to save clerk in the Collector office namely J.L. Surakshit, applicant has been falsely

implicated and there is no recovery has been made from this applicant. He further submits that charge sheet has been filed and applicant is in jail since 1/07/2015, therefore she may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Having regard to the fact and the nature of allegation and gravity of offence and charge sheet has been filed, applicant is in jail since 1/07/2015 and also considering the fact that applicant is a lady, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
