1. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that of a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking regularization in the services of the respondents.

2. According to the petitioner he has been working with the respondents, since June, 1998 as such the petitioner has put in more than 23 years of service and therefore the authorities may consider regularizing the

petitioner in accordance with circulars of the State Government dealing with the regularization.

3. To this limited prayer State counsel does not oppose. However, the State counsel submits that consideration of the petitioner would be strictly in accordance with the circulars governing the field.

4. Given the submissions on behalf of either side, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with the policies and regulations governing the field of regularization under the respondents.

5. Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
