1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition has been filed at a belated stage i.e. at the fag end of the trial in which only the statement of the Investigating Officer is remained to be recorded. Therefore, he does not want to prosecute the instant CRMP and wants to withdraw the same without appreciation on merit.
