3. Heard on application for restoration of WPCR No.344/2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 19.02.2018.

4. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and order dated 19.02.2018 is recalled and WPCR No.344/2017 is directed to be restored to its original number.

5. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
