The Petitioner through the present writ petition has challenged the order dated 28.10.2016 (Annexure P-1) whereby the Petitioner has been ordered to be transferred from Government I.T.I., Raigarh to Government Mahila I.T.I., Kanker.

The present writ petition was entertained by this Court and an interim protection was granted to the Petitioner vide order dated 7.12.2016. Since then the Petitioner is working continuously at the earlier place of posting i.e. at Government I.T.I., Raigarh.

Reply has been filed by the Respondents enclosing Annexure R-1, dated 21.2.2017, whereby a proposal has been initiated and a note-sheet has also been moved in this regard recommending the cancellation of the order of transfer so far as the Petitioner is concerned. 4.
Be that as it may, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending any further and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of, with a direction to the Respondents to take an appropriate decision at the earliest in the light of
-2Annexure R-1 enclosed with their reply. Meanwhile, the Petitioner shall not be disturbed from the present place of posting.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands finally disposed of.
