Shri Sangarsh Pandey, Dy. G.A. for the State. The memo dated 18/09/2013 received from Sessions Judge, Kabirdham (Kawardha) would show that the appellant has suffered his jail sentence and has been released.
Considering the same, learned counsel for the appellant do not want to press the appeal on merits as the appellant has already suffered his jail sentence.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the appellant to press the appeal on merits if so advised.
