Considering that the challenge is laid to transfer/posting orders, which have been issued way back on 11-07-2017 & 26-09-2017, I am not inclined to entertain this petition only on the ground of delay and laches. Nevertheless, it will be open for the petitioner to prefer representation, if she intends to seek change of her posting on account of personal reasons.
