This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by order dated 13-02-2018 by which his representation against transfer order dated 15-06-2017 has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though it is local shifting, the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer one

after another. He would further submit that the administrative exigencies stated by the respondents is vague.

Learned counsel appearing on advance copy submits that the petitioner has been subjected to transfer from one place to another locally, there is no hardship. He would further submit that duly considered administrative request, on administrative exigencies transfer was made. 4.

It being only a case of local shifting, this Court had earlier directed to consider the representation and same has been considered and decided. In the absence of any illegality or malafides pleaded in the petition no ground for interference is made out.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
