Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice 01.05.2018 We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner quite in extensio on this application seeking invocation of authority under the Contempt of Courts Act. While see the heart burn of the Petitioner, we cannot but say that the case in hand is not one which could gain attention in this jurisdiction. Hence, preserving the all rights of the Petitioner to seek remedies in accordance with law for enforcement of the award which is confirmed, to some extent, in writ jurisdiction, this case is dismissed.
