The petitioner in the instant case has retired as an Assistant Engineer/S.D.O. from Water Resources Department, District BalrampurRamanjujganj (C.G.) on 31/12/2017.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though almost 3 months have 1⁄2 been passed from the date of his retirement, he has till date not been provided with any of the retiral or pensionary benefits. 3.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, there is a marriage of the daughter of the petitioner in the month of April-2018 and for want of retiral dues, he has not been able to organize the marriage function properly. He further submits that till the retirement of the petitioner, neither any chargesheet nor any departmental enquiry as such pending against him with which the respondents could have withheld the retiral dues. 4.

Given the aforesaid submissions of the counsel for the petitioner, the respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to personally look into the matter and ensure that the retiral dues and the pension papers of the petitioner is processed and concluded within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The respondent No.2 shall given top priority to the case of the petitioner looking into the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner in the month of April-2018..

Let the order passed by this Court be produced before the respondent No.2 by the petitioner himself within a period of 7 days from today. 6.
