Learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, without pressing on merits submits that direction may be issued for expeditious trial and liberty to revive in case trial is not concluded within a reasonable time. 2.
Considering the submission, at this stage, the application for grant of bail is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to revive in case trial is not concluded within next four months. However, trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial as soon as possible.
