Prayer for review and recall of order dated 30.09.2015 has been made on the ground that even though the petitioner had filed caveat, the name of the counsel did not appear in the cause list and without hearing, the applicant herein the petition was finally disposed off. 2.

May be that the petitioner had filed a caveat, however, this Court has not passed any interim order in favour of the petitioner-Nilam Tondon in WP(227) No.813 of 2015. All that has been done by this Court is to dispose off the matter clarifying that this Court vide order dated 04.08.2015 passed in WP(227) No.609 of 2015 has finally disposed off the matter. This order does not adversely affect any of the rights of the applicant herein. Therefore, there is no need to recall the order dated 30.09.2015. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.
