1. The present writ petition has been filed alleging the inaction on the part of the respondents in not settling the pension and also non-releasing of the death-cum-retiral dues to the petitioner on the death of her husband who died on 30.05.2009 working on the post of Sweeper in Health Department under the respondents.

2. Given the fact that it is more than 11 years that the employee had died and considering the fact that it is a case of non-finalization of pension and other pensionary benefits, the writ petition at this motion stage stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision in accordance to the Rules applicable,on the claim of the petitioner in settling pension and pensionary benefits following the death of the husband of the petitioner who died in harness on 30.05.2009 from the post of Sweeper under the respondents. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
