Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 19/12/2016 Heard.

1. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 167 of 2016 registered in Police Station- Khadgawa, District- Korea (C.G.) for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 4 & 5 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Considering that presently, the investigation is not complete and even statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not been recorded, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicants. After the statement of the prosecutrix is recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and charge sheet is filed, the applicants

-2would be at liberty to revive the application.
