Both the appeals, arising from the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence, have been filed by Anuj Kumar Uike. CRA No.413 of 2021 has been earlier filed through private counsel. Subsequent CRA No.600 of 2021 has been filed through legal aid.

As there is already an appeal filed by the appellant, subsequent appeal against the same judgment is not maintainable. 3.

CRA No.600 of 2021 is accordingly closed with the observation that the appeal of Anuj Kumar Uike shall be heard in CRA No.413 of 2021. 4.

As a counsel from legal aid has also been provided, Mr. Ashok Kumar Swarnakar, Advocate is permitted to argue on behalf of the appellant in CRA No.413 of 2021 in addition to Mr. Anil Gulati, Advocate. 5.
