1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate decision on the order of appointment that has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 18.06.2020.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.2 vide his order dated 18.06.2020 had issued an order of appointment in favour of the petitioner on the post of Peon and the petitioner was ordered to be posted at Govt. Tribal Girls Hostel, Maini, Block Bagicha, District Jashpur. However, it is alleged that when the petitioner has reported for joining to the place of posting she was refused on the pretext of getting an order of appointment duly marked by the authorities at block level, though there is no documentary proof in this regard. Thereafter, the petitioner vide Annexure P/2 dated 17.02.2021 has again approached the respondent

-2No.2 for an appropriate direction in this regard which again till date has not been acted upon.

3. Be that as it may, considering the fact that there is an order of appointment to the post of Peon in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner also being posted at Govt. Tribal Girls Hostel, Maini, Block Bagicha, Jashpur, taking note of the fact that during the intervening period the effect of Covid-19 Pandemic was severely looming large, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider afresh the representation of the petitioner Annexure P/2 for granting her joining at Govt. Tribal Girls Hostel, Maini, Block Bagicha, District Jashpur. Let the respondent No.2 take an appropriate decision with a sympathetic consideration at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
