Akhilesh Kumar Pandey @ Rakesh Pandey, aged about 26 years, S/o Rajkumar Pandey.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are dependents of late Raj Kumar Pandey, who was working as Police Constable. He further submits that in the writ petition

bearing W.P.(S) No.6557/2014 filed by Shri Rakesh Pandey herein respondent No.4 claiming to his compassionate appointment. This Court by order dated 16.12.2014 passed in WP(S) No. 6557/2014 directed respondent No.3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Mungeli to consider the case of Shri Rakesh Pandey in accordance with law and, therefore, direction may be issued to the State Government to consider the case of the petitioners also along with Shri Rakesh Pandey for compassionate appointment.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, the State Government is directed to consider the case of the petitioners also along with Shri Rakesh Pandey for compassionate appointment in accordance with law expeditiously. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
