The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No. 232/2015 registered in Police Station Khamtarai, Raipur, Civil & Revenue Distt. Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC 2.
As per the prosecution case, one Yogesh Sharma has lodged a report that he came in contact with Rajendra Gupta through one Ashish Tripathi and they were assured to get job of their son Tarun Sharma, Mukesh Sharma and nephew Pawan Sharma in the railway in group-C and Rs.3 lakhs were demanded. Thereafter, in order to prove identity the applicant was projected as officer in the railway and thereafter amount was paid and the prospective candidates were made to visit in different offices of railways including Nagpur and Bilaspur and the prospective candidates were also subjected to false medical check up. Thereafter,
forged appointment letters were served and when job was not provided, report was made.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits present applicant has not played any role and she being wife of main accused Rajendra Gupta, she has been inculpated, entire allegations are against Rajendra Gupta who received the amount, she being lady and suffering from various diseases and also charge sheet has been filed, therefore she may released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Having regard to the fact that main allegations are against Rajendra Gupta husband of the applicant and she was projected as some officer of the railway, taking into account that applicant is a lady, charge sheet has been filed, she is in jail since 29/05/2015 and also considering the medical documents which has been placed on record, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
