Alleging non compliance of the order dated 21.08.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.5233 of 2018, the present contempt petition has been filed. The respondent have filed their reply along with document dated 26.04.2019.

Given the fact that direction was only to consider the claim of the petitioner, and the respondent having decided the same vide their order dated 26.04.2019, this court is of the opinion that prima facie the order passed by this court on 21.08.2018 stands substantially complied with. In case, if the petitioner feels aggrieved of the decision subsequently taken by the respondent, the petitioner has a liberty to challenge the same in an appropriate fresh proceeding.
