Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/12/2016 This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 18/07/2016 by which, this Court directed the respondents to pay salary of the petitioner w.e.f. October, 2010 to May, 2012. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that almost three months have elapsed but salary, as directed by this Court, has not been paid to the petitioner. 3.

The order was passed by this Court on 18/07/2016 and almost three months are going to lapse. Though, no time limit has been fixed for compliance of the order, the respondents are required to comply with the Court direction within reasonable time.

Considering the totality of circumstances, though I am not inclined to initiate contempt proceedings at this stage, it is expected that the salary of the petitioner would be released within a reasonable time in compliance of the order of the Court. 5.

If the salary is not paid to the petitioner within a further period of three

months from the date of receipt of copy of this order which is now being passed, this Court would be constrained to initiate contempt proceedings for willful disobedience of the order of this Court against the competent authority of the petitioner.
