(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to approach before respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Janjgir-Champa under Section 154(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for redressal of his grievances. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, the petitioner is permitted to approach before respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Janjgir-Champa under Section 154(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure and, in turn, the said authority shall look into the same in accordance with law. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
