The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.303/2017 registered at Police Station- City Kotwali Durg, District - Durg (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence under Section 420 of Indian Panel Code. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has remained in jail since last 11 months. He submits that the main prosecution witnesses namely Keshav, Uttam, Jeevan and Yogendra are not turning up to the Court and against some of them bailable warrants were issued. 3.
Taking into consideration the total amount involved, I am not inclined to grant bail. The application is rejected with liberty to revive after three months. 4.
A copy of this order be sent to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durg for expediting the trial.
