Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the CrMP with liberty to file suitable petition before the competent Court, if so advise. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, CrMP is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Registry is directed to handover the certified copy of the impugned order to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.
