1. On 5.3.2020 when the case was called out in two rounds, none appeared on behalf of the appellants. Today also, when the passed over case is called out for hearing second time, none appeared on behalf of the appellants to prosecute the appeal.
2. In view of above, this Court has left with no other option except to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
