1. Heard counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondentauthority to grant him regular pay scale.
3. Petitioner is working as Project Operator posted at Office of the Joint Director, Veterinary Services, Raipur.
4. Counsel for the petitioner urged that the petition may be disposed of giving a direction to the respondent No. 2 Director, Department of Veterinary Services, Raipur to decide his fresh representation which may be filed before him.
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the respondent No. 2 Director, Department of Veterinary Services, Raipur and the respondent No. 2 should decide such representation within 45 days from the date of filing of such representation, according to law and procedure.
