1. Heard.
2. By this contempt petition, petitioner alleges willful disobedience of the order dated 26/09/2016 passed in Writ Petition (L) No. 122 of 2014.
3. After going through the reply and documents it appears that though the petitioner has already been reinstated and part of the order passed by this Court is complied with, payment of backwages have not been released by the Office of the District Programme Officer, Women & Child Development, Janjgir-Champa due to which payments have not been made.
4. In view of above, it is directed that the necessary fund shall be released at the earliest so that the backwages are paid to the petitioner. Let it now be done within a period of two months.
5. This petition is at this stage disposed off. Petitioner may submit a copy of this order before the competent authority who is competent to release the fund to pay the backwages. Rule is discharged. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Kamde
