Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for refund of the tuition fees paid by him to the respondent authorities on account of green card holder in light of order passed by this Court in the matter of State of Chhattisgarh and Others Vs. Dr.(Major) Thakur Ajit Singh & others in Writ Appeal No. 42 of 2011 and another connected matters, decided on 04th April, 2014. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation along with copy of the order dated 04th April, 2014 passed by this Court before the competent authority. If such representation is filed by the petitioner along with copy of the order dated 04th April, 2014 before the competent authority, then the competent authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the representation.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
