Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 16/12/2016 Heard.

Challenge is to transfer order dated 21.07.2016 on the personal ground as well as on the ground that till date, the petitioner is not being relieved, therefore, now at this stage, the petitioner may not be relieved. It appears that the order was passed way back on 21.07.2016 and the petitioner has approached this Court after almost five months. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. However, if the petitioner prefers representation on the ground stated above, the competent authority shall consider and take appropriate decision thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
