1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.99/2021, registered at Police Station Chawni, District Durg for offence punishable under Section 306/34 of the IPC.

2. On a reading of the bail rejection order passed by the Sessions Court, it appears, anticipatory bail application was dismissed as not pressed. Thus remedy available before the Sessions Court has not been availed.

3. Let the applicant first avail the remedy before the Sessions Court.

4. The application is dismissed accordingly.
