Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 14/12/2016 Heard on admission.

1.

The petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 30.07.2016 on the ground that in order to accommodate respondent No.5, transferring him at his own request, the petitioner has been transferred.

2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner did not challenge the transfer order before this Court for the last 4 1⁄2 months. Therefore, only on this

ground, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. However, in the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner has already preferred a representation.

3.

According to the Government's policy, once there is representation filed, representations are required to be decided by the competent authority. Therefore, the respondent/State shall decide the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already decided. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
