Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/12/2016 The impugned transfer order is challenged on the ground that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer. He was earlier transferred from Takhantpur to Sakri and now, he has again been transferred back to Takhatpur vide impugned order. Personal ground of the petitioner is that the son of the petitioner is studying at Bilaspur.

Though the transfer order appears to be frequent in nature, considering the short distance from Sakri to Takhatpur, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. The petition is accordingly dismissed. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
