Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation / complaint to the respondent No. 2 against respondent No. 4 under Section 40 and 39 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 but is pending consideration since 23.01.2018 and has not been decided till date.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation to the respondent No. 2 for redressal of his grievance and, in turn, respondent No. 2 shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously in accordance with law. 3.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
