1. This is the first bail application under Section 438 of the CrPC and there is no bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Perused the case diary provided by the learned counsel for the State in connection with the Crime No. 303/2017 registered at Police Station Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 454, 380/34 of IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. The aforesaid anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that applicant may file any other application.
