Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 31/01/2017 This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order of the Court on the ground that the petitioner is being paid salary, but no work has been allotted to the petitioner nor he is permitted to put signature in the attendance register.

After going through the reply filed by the respondent, I am satisfied that the petitioner is continuing in service and there is no contempt of the order of this Court.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
