Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondents are recovering the maintenance and street light charges for the alloted land against which the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities but that has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The petitioner is at liberty to deposit the annual lease rent with the respondents in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
