Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he had not given his consent, he has been transferred vide order dated 30.07.2016 and representation was preferred on 12.08.2016, which has not been decided till date.

It appears that the petitioner was transferred by way of deputation vide order passed on 30.07.2016 but the petitioner approached this Court after more than 4 1⁄2 months. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. Let the
-2representation, which has been filed by the petitioner, be decided in four weeks.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
