The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No. 87/2015 registered in Police Station Premnagar, District Surajpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 294, 506, 186, 353, 333, 307 r/w 34 of IPC. 2.

As per the prosecution case on 15/07/2015 when Assistant Sub Inspector went to Premnagar for investigation in respect of crime No.79/2015 and 85/2015, after reaching the village when he was making enquiry, at that time it was objected by the applicant along with other coaccused and he was assaulted by three accused and this applicant assaulted the complainant by way of club.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet in this

case has been filed and only injury of 2 x 1⁄2 x 1⁄2 cm on the right side of the head and no fracture has been reported. He further submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he submits that applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Having regard to the fact and the nature of injury and the charge sheet has been filed and also considering the statement and the medical evidence, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
