1. Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and in view of the order passed today i.e. on 18.11.2020 in MCRCA No.234 of 2020 and MCRCA No.362 of 2020, I have not found any exceptional reason to entertain this bail application directly before the High Court, therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to

MCRCA No. 533 of 2020 the applicant to approach the jurisdictional Sessions Court.

2. It is made clear that the Sessions Court while deciding the application shall not be influenced by any of the observations made in the order.
