WPS No.3773 of 2015 was filed on 8th October, 2015 whereas WPC No.1925 of 2015 was filed on 27-10-2015, therefore, since two parallel petitions on the same cause of action are not maintainable, WPC No.1925 of 2015 is disposed of, being subsequent petition. 3.
