The present petition is against the order dated 28.02.2018 wherein the family Court has directed the petitioner for deposit of Rs.4000/- to allow the respondent/wife to contest the suit, who is respondent, at Satna (M.P.).

The petition is being filed by the husband against his wife. Considering the fact that the petition has preferred by the husband, it is obvious that in order to contest or come before the Court, if the wife is residing in different city, she will need expenses for stay and conveyance. Considering the nature of the order made, it is not a case where any interference is required under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.

Accordingly, the petition has no merit and is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
