This Writ Petition styled as 'Public Interest Litigation' was filed before this Court during the lock-down period (in view of Covid-19 pandemic) through electronic mode. The proceedings were noted as defective, and
Wppil 40 of 2020 when the matter was taken up on 21.05.2020, two weeks' time was sought for by the petitioner to cure the defects. Since the defects have not been cured, it has been listed today for further consideration.

Shri Chandresh Shrivastava, learned Deputy AG appearing for the State submits that in view of the nature of the prayer sought for with reference to the lock-down period, the matter has become infructuous. 4.
We have gone through the pleadings and prayers. Since the petitioner has not cured the defects and further since the petitioner is not present before this Court, presumably for the reason that no further orders are sought to be pursued, we are of the view that the petitioner is actually not intending to pursue the matter.
