The application is rejected. The applicant is directed to surrender before the trial court on the date given to him i.e. 01.07.2020.

Counsel for the applicant has filed application for grant of regular bail. He however submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to renew the same after examination of the complainant.

To this counsel for the State has no objection. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
