The appellant is said to have filed an application seeking certain
information before respondent No.2 - Public Information Officer, O/o. Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal (M.P.). This application was rejected by respondent No.4. Against the said rejection the appellant had filed writ petition before this Court. Learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition on the ground that the petition before this Court is not maintainable because the order impugned has been passed by the authority not having jurisdiction in the State of C.G. 4.
