1. In compliance of the earlier direction and issuance of bailable warrant, the respondent is present in the Court and is represented by Mr Jitendra Pali, Advocate, who submits that the respondent have taken steps towards confirmation of petitioner as Lecturer (Panchayat) and an order to that effect has been passed on 22.06.2019, copy of which has been placed for the perusal of this Court.

2. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner raises dispute with regard to the correctness of the date from which the petitioner is entitled to be confirmed, taking into consideration the nature of the order passed by this Court, disobedience of which has been alleged, no further proceedings are required to be drawn in this case.

3. Giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 22.06.2019 on such grounds as may be available to him under the law, the contempt petition is closed. Rule is discharged.
