In view of the statement made, the matter is taken up for hearing on admission. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that the matter in issue has already been considered and decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court in WPC No.2675 of 2007 (Sharad Sharma v. The State of Chhattisgarh and others) and WPC No.2677 of 2007 (Sheonath Grih Nirman Sahkari Samiti Maryadit v. The State of Chhattisgarh and others), which were disposed of by a common order dated 04.09.2012 (Annexure-P-5).

In view of the statement made, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in Sharad Sharma (supra) and Sheonath Grih Nirman Sahkari Samiti Maryadit (supra).
