The transfer order dated 30.07.2016 is under challenge on the ground that even though the petitioner did not apply for transfer, he has been transferred on his own request. 2.
It has been mentioned in para 9.4 of the petition that in the month of August, 2016, representation was made to District Education Officer, Raipur. Copy of such representation, however, has not been placed on record.

Be that as it may, once the petitioner has raised a grievance that he did not make any representation for transfer
-2on his own request yet he has been transferred, such ground which ought to be considered by the competent authority. 4.
In view of the above, it is directed that the representation made by the petitioner to the respondent No.3 shall be forwarded to the State by the District Education Officer forthwith and the State shall take a decision on petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and for a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, if he is not already relieved.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
