Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have made a representation / complaint on 14.03.2018 to the Collector, District Bilaspur for payment of compensation in lieu of their land acquired by the respondent authorities for construction of National Highway, but that has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the Collector, District Bilaspur is directed to look into

the matter and consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation for grant of compensation in lieu of their land expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
